This package is for customers who have built their new custom pc and when they power on the PC nothing happens or you have other issues such as you cannot install your operating system etc . . We can help . You can send the complete PC to our service centre or we can collect from you home or business .

Question .  Will you complete with build if I did not buy my parts from www.custompc.ie ?
Answer . Yes , We will complete your build whether you purchased your parts from us or not.

Question . I part built the PC myself and have mislaid manuals , disks , cables . Can you still complete the Build ?
Answer . Yes , we can supply all of the missing pieces.

Question . How do I send my parts to you ?
Answer . Just put everything into a big box and send to TekOne.ie , Unit W3F1 , Ladytown Business Park , Newhall , Naas , Ireland .

Question. Can you collect the parts from my home or office ?
Answer . Yes , Please box the parts and we will arrange collection subject to a small charge .

Question. How long will it take to get my parts back as a built PC ?
Answer . Usually 10 working days from receipt of the parts.

Question. What is the warranty on the built PC ?
Answer . Labour for the build of 90 Days and the parts are covered with their manufacturers warranty.

Question. If something goes wrong with my new built pc where do I go ?
Answer. Please return the PC to ourselves and we will examine the PC and give you a solution.

Question . How do I start the process of arranging for my parts to be build as a complete PC by www.custompc.ie ?
Answer . Please add the "SOS Build & Assemble" package to your basket and checkout . You will be also charged a delivery fee of €9.99 for orders under €250 this covers the return of your PC after the build has been completed . You shoud now print the invoice from your order and send with your parts to our service centre . Please make sure to pack your parts carefully . You should use the packaging which they originally came in . If you want us to collect please pack the parts as noted before . You should hear from our couriers www.fastway.ie within 48 hours to arrange the collection from your home or business . Collection are between 9am and 5.30PM Mondays to Fridays .
