We offer a 30 Day Collect & Return Service With All New Custom PC Systems over the value of €565 Euros (£500) . If something goes wrong inside the first 30 days we will collect , repair and return without cost to you . Excludes third party software issues .

This warranty includes the following . One Year on Components  and One Year Labour . You must return the PC to our service centre for service/repair during this period .  You will not receive a bill for labour inside two years related to any hardware failure . The above warranties are cover explanations for custom pc systems built by ourselves only . For Components and third party items such as monitors etc. Manufacturers Warranty Applied from 15 Days After Receipt of the item . If the item came with a custom pc system the item can be returned to ourselves and we wil return to the manufacturer on your behalf . Component Warranties are based on the manufacturers warranty for the individual item and is usually One Year from date of receipt . Certain products however such as memory will have restrictions as to the terms of the warranty if they are being handled outside of a service centre ( anti static issues etc .) . If you experience a problem with memory please return and we will endeavour to return to the manufacturer under their warranty . Where an item includes a lifetime warranty . This lifetime warranty is with the manufacturer and not ourselves . We are unabel to accep the return of these products and you must return directo tot the manufacturer .
