Our Custom Designed & Irish Built Desktop PCs & Laptops come with a 2 Year Manufacturers Hardware Warranty that covers all Internal components Including Motherboard , Processor , Memory , Hard Disk Drives , Solid state Drives , Power Supplies & Graphics Cards. Labour is included for this period also however please note that software/applications and or third party devices/software are not covered by our warranty.
NEXT BUSINESS DAY COLLECT & RETURN
Collect & Return Warranty is included with all of our Custom Desktop PCs & Laptops. If you experience a hardware issue with your PC during the course of the warranty we will collect the Desktop PC or Laptop next Business day and bring to our facility for inspection and repair. Please note that software/reinstallation is not covered and may be subject to a transport charge and labour. You can request a collection by completing a repuest on our RMA website or by clicking HERE.
All of our Custom Desktop PCs & Laptops comes with Lifetime Support which is available by visiting our HELP CENTRE. We can offer support and advice across many areas including Windows Reinstallation , Upgrade as well as repairs.
Our Custom Desktop PCs & Laptops are built in our purpose built facility in the Republic of Ireland by experienced professional using only Tier 1 components from the Worlds Leading Manufacturers Including AMD , Asus , Asrock , Adata , AeroCool , Cooler Master , EVGA , Gigabyte , Intel & Nvidia.
Our Desktop PCs & Laptops are 100% Windows 11 Certified and come with Windows 10 or 11 Preinstalled. If however you purchase your PC without Windows you will not receive a Windows 10 Licence or DVD and the preinstalled version will expire within 15 days. We recommend our customers to always purchase Windows 10 with their new desktop pc or laptop.

WARRANTY CUSTOM PCs
30 DAY UPGRADE WARRANTY
Should you receive your CUSTOM PC and you want to make any change ( excludes case ) such as extra memory , hdds , sdds , etc we will collect your PC and perform the upgrade for the cost of the extra components only. If there are components which needs to be returned to complete the upgrade then we will credit you the amount charged for the component when purchased against the upgrade component. There will be no collection , return or labour charge within 30 days of you having received your new custom pc. You must inform us in witing by email before the end of the 30 days period quoting your order number and the upgrade you require. AIO Liquid Coolers and PC Cases are excluded from the 30 DAY UPGRADE WARRANTY.
90 DAY UPGRADE WARRANTY
Should you want to upgrade your CUSTOM PC within 90 Days of receipt we can collect your PC ( and return ) for a fee of €24.99. You can upgrade memory and other componets without paying a labout charge for the installation of the upgrade components and we will allow a trade in of any returned components related to the upgrade at up to 75% of their original value. The only exception to the upgrade warranty is AIO Liquid Coolers and PC Cases.
2 YEAR COLLECT & RETURN WARRANTY

Please note that certain components are excluded by their respective manufacturers from the 3rd year of the of the warranty however if this is the case then we will supply the component for cost price and fit under warranty which means no labour costs.
COMPONENT & ACCESSORY WARRANTY
Components and Accessories are covered by their respective manufacturers warranty and you should always contact the manufacturers support first. We are however always here to help and if you need help or advice please contact our support. Most Manufacturers have returns procedures in place and do not allow us to accept their returns. We cannot accept most componenents of accessories for return after 30 days from date of purchase however we will always endeavour to assist our customers and we will contact the manufactuer on our customers behalf. If you need to know which manufacturers offer direct support and which do not then please contact our support staff and we will get the information for you. We can also offer advise when warranty is refused by the manufactuer or if you need advice on whether an item is covered by warranty. Customer induced damage for example bent pins on cpus or motherboards or thermal paste on cpu sockets is not covered by warranty nor is physical or accidental damage.

Our Delivery Partners DPD.IE offer fast and reliable delivery across every county in Ireland and give our customer the greates flexibility when it comes to organising their orders to a time and day which suits them. When an order is collected from us by DPD.IE the customer receives and email which will include tracking details allowing the customer to both track and control their order. On the morning of the delivery DPD.IE will send an SMS Text to notify the customer of the delivery windows to a 60 minute timeslot and if this does not suit the customer can reschedule to a suitable time and day or organise delivery to a safe third party location or to a Local DPD Parcel Shop.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Products in our PC PARTS STORE which carry the SPECIAL ORDER NOTIFICATION are not in stock and are shipped from when distributor or manufacturer when an order is placed. We offer special order items on our website as the items may not be readily available to our customers in Ireland. We state 10+ Business Days for delivery of special order items with the average delivery time for Components , Cables and PC Cases being less than 10 Business Days and Furniture such as Gaming Chairs , Computer Desks , Flight & Driving Similator Chair and Desk Combos taking up to 28 days from date of order. Special Order items which are ordered on a regular basis by customers are added to our Next Day Range. Volume Orders can be placed for Special Order items by Retail Customers and by Trade Customers with pricing and delivery information available by opening a support ticket or emailing our sales team. Please note there are limitations to cancelling a special order item and a fee may apply however if you need to make a change to an order which contains a special order item please contact us and we will endeavour to find a suitable solution
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Unfortunately items listed as IN STOCK when added to a BASKET can be OUT OF STOCK by the time CHECKOUT is completed. There are a number of reasons why this happens however the main reason is becasue the stock update is not realtime and happens only once every 60 minutes. It is not possible to have a live stock feed on a website in Ireland as this would substantially reduce the available products. Other causes can be when another customer includes the item in their order and checks out quicker. If an item is not available we will make contact as quickly as possible and offer alternatives including a prompt refund. Most OUT OF STOCK items return to stock within a few days so there is usually no need to notify the customer however if an item does not come back into stock within 10 days or goes END OF LIFE ( EOL ) we will ensure to make contact to find a solution as quickly as possible.
GOODS IN TRANSIT INSURANCE
All Orders shipped by us are covered by our own goods in transit insurance to the full value of the order which is additional to the goods in transit insurance offered by DPD.ie. Our goods are packed to International standards to ensure damage in transit is highly unlikely and all of our orders are packed in a secure location which has 16 high defination security cameras to ensure should there be a report of a missing item / short shipment it can be verified quickly. All of our orders are sealed and should not be accepted or signed for if there is damage to the packing or if the packing looks like it has been opened. If an order is damaged or lost in transit the claims procedures of our insurer must be adhered to or we cannot guarantee a favourable outcome. It is our policy to replace orders which have been lost in transit however if this is not acceptable to the customer then a claim can be made to the value of the goods with our insurer. If a Custom Assembled Desktop PC or Laptop suffers damage in transit we will examine the unit and replace any damaged components however we cannot replace a custom desktop pc or laptop in its entirety unless the product is declared a write off by our insurers. It is our policy to avoid our customer having to wait for claims to be settled and we reserve the right to make a determination whilst we wait for the insurers official determination. This ensures we can often resolve an issue in days however for this to happen we do need the customers help and assistance. If we collect a custom desktop pc or laptop under the collect and return warranty it is covered up to €500 for damage in transit once the item has been packed to the same standard as it was shipped in. If a customer chooses to return an item(s) with a different carrier of their own choosing then any returned item(s) are no covered until the terms of our goods in transit policy. We would please ask customers not to use AN POST for returns as we have experienced issues as AN POST staff sign for deliveries and not the recipient ( US) which can make claiming for lost of damaged item(s) very difficult. Items not be returned by going to a DPD.IE PICKUP POINT of which there are over 600 across Ireland https://dpd.ie/Pickup. At your local Pickup Point you can return any item after paying a fee to the Pickup Point https://shipping.dpd.ie/products-and-services/pickup-shops.

We bank with Bank of Ireland with transfer usually same day or next day depending on the sending bank.
