AFTER HOURS SERVICE REPLIES
We endeavour to answer out of hours support tickets however this is not always possible . Tickets submitted after hours are answered next working day in the order received. If you need support after hours you will also find a Frequently Asked Section at our Help Centre which will include answers to the most frequently asked questions. 


IMPORTANT IMFORMATION :

We do not offer a telephone support service and all support enquiries should be directed to our HELP CENTRE at HELPCENTRE.CUSTOMPC.IE or through
the CHAT or MESSAGING buttons which you will find on the bottom right of each page on our website. During Office hours our Chat Service reply time is less than
60 seconds. 

Order Tracking Enquiries - To Check the Status of your order please log into your account using the user name and password created when placing the order. You
will see the status of your order in your profile . Our sales staff operating the telephone lines to not have access to courier tracking information , please do not call our
telephone support asking for tracking numbers . Tracking numbers are sent within the Dispatch Email and can be entered ay NIGHTLINE.IE for up to the minute
tracking.

All Orders are dispatched with NIGHTLINE.ie in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland

You will receive an email the day prior to your delivery from www.CUSTOMPC.ie . 
 Tracking Information is provided in this email. We cannot give you a time for
the delivery however Nightline will email or sms text to you in the day of the delivery ( to the details on the order ) .If you need to enquire about a delivery
please use the tracking number provided in the email or sms text from NIGHTLINE.ie or from our Dispatch Email and enter the consignment number at www.NIGHTLINE
.ie . 

Please do not call our service centre on the telephone as they are unable to help with the tracking of deliveries. 

All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery . If your parcel is damaged or shows signs of damage please note this when signing 
for the delivery . Signing for a damaged parcel may result in a refusal of the shipping companies insurers to authorise a claim.

If your order is received and there is a missing item please first read the notes on the Invoice .

Deliveries which have multiple parcels may be delivered on seperate days . This is rare but it does happen .
