This is a fully automated option which deals with the order cancellation and the refund which means there is no need to open a support ticket or speak with anyone to cancel and refund an order. It is also possible to REFUND payment to your account at CUSTOM COMPUTERS & TECHNOLOGIES which will allow you to place a new order straight away avoiding the time it takes for payments to be credited by payment card companies and Banks. We have tried to make this process as simple as possible which is why this process was automated. There are terms and conditions which can be viewed at the link above. Only PROCESSING orders can be CANCELLED automatically.
