ORDER STAGES FOR CUSTOM PC ORDERS

You will receive an email showing the stage of your Custom PC System each time it moves to the next stage.

STAGE ONE - PENDING

Your order has been received however no action has yet been taken to verify the order details.
Security & Stock Verification Checks will take place during this stage.
The Average time for this stage is between 24 hours excluding Weekends & Holidays.

STAGE TWO - PROCESSING

Your Order has been verified and the security of the payment card has been checked.
Stock has been allocated and a build time slot has been booked.
The time an orders stays at this stage is related to the availability of components to complete the build.
The Average time for this stage is 48 hours excluding Weekends & Holidays

STAGE THREE - BUILD STAGE

Your Custom PC is now under construction and is on the technicians workbench.
At this stage the pc is assembled , tested and the software is installed.
The Average time for this stage is 96 hours and Excludes Weekends & Holidays

STAGE FOUR - TESTING STAGE

Your Custom PC is now tested using "Passmark" Burn in Software for a period of 72 Hours.
If your pc fails this test it is returned to the "Build Stage". We do this to verify the intregrity and
quality of each pc system we build.
The Average time for this stage is 72 hours and Includes Weekends & Holidays.

If a Build Fails During this Stage it will be sent back to the build stage . If this happens you will
receive an email showing "Build Stage" . This delay can add 24 to 72 hours to the dispatch time.

STAGE FIVE - DISPATCH

Your custom pc has completed its burn in and has beed passed by our Quality Control Manager.
The pc is now dispatched with www.NIGHTLINE.ie on their next day service. You will receive an email
to confirm dispatch . On the morning of the delivery day NIGHTLINE will send an SMS text to the mobile
number on the order to confirm a delivery windows during the day of delivery.
The Average time for this stage is 24 hours..

This information is based on our average times across our entire range .
The Complexity of some build can increase the time from Order to Dispatch.
We endeavour to have all custom pcs built and dispatched within 10 working days from date of order.

Not all orders will have emails sent from the different stages .
This is because the email system to send these emails is manual and on occasions
the stage may be completed on a non working day . Our technical staff may be working on bank holidays and weekends but our
administration staff may not be working . This is the main reason why an email from the stages would not be sent .

If you need information please email or call us weekdays 10AM to 5PM for Order Enquiries .
We cannot answer emails , phone calls or support tickets after 5PM , Weekends or Bank Holidays.


ORDER STAGES FOR COMPONENTS & ACCESSORIES

You will receive an email showing the current stage of your order. You can also view this information by logging into your account.

 

STAGE ONE - PENDING

Your order has been received however no action has yet been taken to verify the order details.

The Average time for this stage is 48 hours.

STAGE TWO - PROCESSING

Your Order has been verified and the security of the payment card has been checked.
Stock has been allocated and held pending completion of your order.
The time an orders stays at this stage is related to the availability of stock.
If an item on your order is out of stock or unavailable we will send you an email informing you of this.
The Average time for this stage is 48 hours.

STAGE THREE - DISPATCH

Your order has been packed and is now ready for delivery . The order will be released to
www.NIGHTLINE.ie on their next day service. We will send you and email to confirm dispatch on that day.
NIGHTLINE will send you an SMS message to the mobile number on the order the morning or delivery
to confirm a delivery windows during the day of delivery.
The Average time for this stage is 24 hours.

This information is based on our average processing times for component & accessory orders.

Component & Accessory Orders are Processed Monday to Friday Only .
Orders Places during the weekend or on Public Holidays are not processed until the next working day.
Orders placed after 2.30PM may not be processed until the next day. 
The Average time from placing the order to receipt of the order is 5 Working Days.

All Orders are dispatched with NIGHTLINE . We do not provide NIGHTLINE tracking numbers in our Dispatch Emails
