WE ARE WORKING WITH OUR CUSTOMERS AND VENDORS TO ENSURE ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE HOWEVER IT MUST BE UNDERSTOOD THAT FOR SAFETY REASONS MANY MANUFACTURERS / VENDORS ARE NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS.

OUR FACILITY IS CLOSED TO VISITORS AND THEREFORE WE CANNOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO DELIVER OR COLLECT FROM OUR FACILITY
NO CALLERS WILL BE ADMITTED TO OUR FACILITY AND WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS FROM VISITORS.
RETURNS MUST BE SENT WITH A REGISTERED CARRIER SUCH AS DPD , GLS , AN POST , NIGHTLINE.

Welcome to the Custom Computers & Technologies RMA Website Portal 

1. Please Enter your Order Number and the Surname Associated with the Order to Create a New RMA / RETURN and Click Next

2. On the RMA / Return Page you can then click on the REQUEST NEW RETURN button which will then show you the details

     of the order number you have entered and then you can select the item you wish to RMA / Return.

Custom Desktop PCs & Laptops with Collect & Return Warranty will be collected within 2 business days by Nightline.ie 

Components & Accessories can be returned to our facility once you RMA has been approved ( You will receive email notification )

ALL RETURNS SHOULD BE SENT REGISTERED OR WITH A COURIER

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS A RMA AUTHORISATION NUMBER HAS BEEN ISSUED

IT IS IMPORTANT TO ENUSURE RETURNED ITEMS ARE PACKED SAFELY FOR TRANSIT AS WE NOR OUR CARRIER WILL ACCEPT CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE WERE A RETURN IS NOT PACKED SAFELY.

CUSTOM DESKTOP PCs & LAPTOPS SHOULD ONLY BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKING WHICH THEY WERE SENT IN TO ENSURE THEY ARE NOT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
